The Emerald Coffee House

Doesn't this have a certain ring to it? I always thought this would be a great name for a coffee shop some day. When I was in college, I enjoyed going to coffee shops, listening to some soft music and sipping on a hot cup of Latte.

How many times over the years have we met a friend over a cup of coffee or worked out a business deal with a cup of coffee? Do you realize Coffee is the second consumed beverage in the world? It is second only to water! Do you realize coffee is second only to oil as a traded commodity?
